Well this ended up being the most adult Halloween of our so-far lives. We had a CRAZY night that included taking a stroll around our neighborhood after work to stalk all of the children in their adorable costumes. Then, Saturday was spent quarantined in our apartment in an effort to complete our thank you notes and by 7pm (and after a bottle of champagne) we were giddy, goofy, antsy and just wanted to make something fun. Hence, Dracula's Dentures! Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween!

Newlywed Note

Soooo out of everything we've made so far, THIS was the most difficult recipe. Go figure. Our first mistake was making the cookies from scratch, when all you really need to do is buy pre-made, pre-cut cookie dough and bake. We used Martha Stewart's basic sugar cookie recipe, and for some reason, just could not get it right (let's blame it on the champagne for now). But once you have the cookies out of the way, the following steps are super simple and would make a fun activity for kids and adults alike wanting to make their own. Unfortunately, after MUCH rearranging and staging, we could not get ours to look as impressive as those in the original recipe...but the good news is they don't have to be perfect to be (sort of) scary :)
