Chicken Stew for the Soul


In the past few weeks, we've seen temperatures in Florida drop down to 50 degrees, and can sadly admit that we've layered more for the 50 degree weather than the 0 degree weather back home. We are soft. But, it's been nice to have an excuse to stay inside and make some of our cold-weather favorites like mulled cider, crockpot chilli, and most recently, a pulled chicken stew. This isn't a completely Whole30-approved meal, but it's close enough and perfect to make on a Saturday or Sunday night - you'll have leftovers and an instant bone-warming treat all week!
