Marvelous Mrs. Maisel-Themed Passover Seder

Passover has always been a particular Jewish tradition our family has really enjoyed as it feels like an event and revolves around the telling of a fascinating story. However, hosting a Passover of our own always felt daunting because of how many moving pieces are involved (the Seder plate, the plagues, Elijah's cup!). But, with family down during the holiday, we figured it was worth attempting. Not to mention, we had just finished watching Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and felt uber-inspired by the lavishness of their 1958 Upper West Side-version. And, just like that, a theme was born.

Besides all of the Seder plate and reading essentials (like this homemade horseradish and this Pistachio and Dried Fruit Haroset), here's what we served:

Matzoh Ball Soup (Mom used her family recipe, but the link attached is delicious as well)

We also customized our Haggadahs on Haggadot.com. Very cool and highly recommended! This checklist also became very helpful throughout the process.

Happy Passover!
