Maple Glazed Pork Chop With Goat Cheese & Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
This was more of a Saturday Afternoon In considering we had tickets to the ballet this weekend. But it was a good one! This dish was inspired by a lamb dish off of Cafe Maxx's menu - but we substituted with pork chops based on what we had at home - would LOVE to try this with lamb, though. We loosely used this recipe, minus the mushrooms and plus pumpkin seeds. The glaze is sooo delicious and feels especially appropriate for the drop in temperature (even if that drop is pretty minuscule).
