The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving with family upstate and cooked LOTS of delicious dishes - but were so busy that we forgot to take any pictures :( Some highlights included this Pumpkin Hummus appetizer, these Candied Sweet Potatoes and this Pumpkin Mac and Cheese dish. We returned to NYC early Saturday night and immediately jolted into holiday decorating mode. With a cheesy Christmas movie playing in the background, we multi tasked between decorating and baking these chocolate chip cookies. You'll notice the blog slates them as "The Only Chocolate Chip Cookie I Will Ever Need to Know How to Make For The Rest of My Life." Intrigued, we accepted the challenge and can promise, they will not disappoint.
