Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Although nothing about South Florida's weather currently feels like Fall, we're determined to make our home feel seasonal. From baking apple pies in September to seeking out hay rides in October - we will find a way! It's been a pleasant surprise to see local menus adding Autumn-inspred recipes, if only for the nostalgic northerners. Market 17 is an all-organic restaurant that keeps popping up in conversation, so we decided to try our hand at their Sweet Potato Gnocchi. They serve theirs with Kale pesto, but we went with a Sage Butter Sauce instead - following this similar recipe (sorry, Kale - not there yet). The gnocchi was cooked to a perfect texture, making the dish feel light and Fall-fresh. Cannot recommend enough!
