The weeks feel like they're flying by - can't believe it's almost November! Between running what felt like a million errands, attending a co-worker's baby shower, and a mountain of grad school work, we were happy to carve out some time this weekend for a meal that felt like a treat. We pick and chose items from Blue Moon Fish Co.'s menu to create this delicious dish. You'll be hard pressed to find us eating a meal with carbs almost completely excluded, but between the fish, nuts, and hearty vegetables/fruit, we were left pleasantly full and without a carb craving in sight. For the sea bass, we used this recipe (including the sauce - SO good) - and the first part of this recipe for the hash.

Foster Footnote:

Make sure your butcher gives you the sea bass completely de-boned (Whole Foods gave us one with several bones still intact).
